Identity Decentralized Network Applications

DNA Identity
Your Name, Your Keys

A human-readable name tied to your cryptographic key pair — no phone number, no email, no central authority. One seed generates all your wallets and one identity you fully own.

Self-sovereign identity for the post-quantum era. Free registration · Persistent & tamper-evident

Identity built for the post-quantum era

DNA (Decentralized Network Applications) replaces centralized logins with a self-sovereign identity layer. Ownership is defined by your private key — not by a company or service provider.

Self-Sovereign

Your identity is a cryptographic key pair. No third party can revoke or reassign it. Only your private key defines ownership.

One Seed, All Chains

A single seed generates your DNA name and all wallets — CF20, ETH, BSC, SOL, TRC. One identity across every chain, no duplicates.

Post-Quantum Safe

Protected by NIST Category 5 lattice-based cryptography (ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87). Secure today and against future quantum computers.

Ecosystem-Wide

One DNA name across messaging, wallet, governance, and all CPUNK services. It acts as your universal namespace within the ecosystem.

How DNA Identity Works

Registration happens directly inside DNA Connect — the app is your wallet. Three steps, no web forms, no fees.

  1. 1 Create or restore your wallet in DNA Connect from a single seed phrase.
  2. 2 Choose a unique DNA name (3–20 characters). The name is checked for uniqueness and bound to your public key on the Nodus DHT network.
  3. 3 Use it everywhere — message contacts, manage wallets, vote on proposals, and interact across all CPUNK services with one identity.

Security & Privacy

DNA is designed to survive the transition to quantum computing while collecting the absolute minimum amount of data.

Pseudonymous by default — DNA names need not reveal real-world identity
No phone or email required to register or use your identity
Tamper-evident records stored across the distributed Nodus network
You control which metadata fields are exposed — nothing more
No single point of failure — fully decentralized storage and resolution
Mathematically verifiable ownership proofs via post-quantum signatures

Under the hood

DNA Identity is built on NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptography. Every identity record is a structured, signed document stored across the Nodus DHT network.

Dilithium5 Signatures

Every identity operation — registration, updates, authentication — is signed with ML-DSA-87 (NIST FIPS 204). 2,592-byte public keys provide NIST Category 5 security.

  • 2,592 B public key · 4,896 B secret key
  • 4,627 B signature size
  • Lattice-based — quantum resistant

Kyber1024 Encryption

Identity records containing sensitive data are encrypted with ML-KEM-1024 (NIST FIPS 203). Key encapsulation ensures only the intended recipient can decrypt.

  • 1,568 B public key · 3,168 B secret key
  • 1,568 B ciphertext
  • 256-bit shared secret output

DHT-Stored Records

Identity records are stored across the Nodus DHT network — replicated on multiple nodes for redundancy. No single server holds your identity.

  • 512-bit keyspace · SHA3-512 hashed
  • Replicated across k=8 closest nodes
  • Cryptographic proof of ownership

What your identity enables

One DNA name unlocks every service in the ecosystem. No separate accounts, no password resets, no email verification — just your key pair.

Encrypted Messaging

Send and receive end-to-end encrypted messages addressed by your DNA name. No phone number or email required — contacts find you by name alone.

Multi-Chain Wallet

Your seed phrase derives wallets for Cellframe, Ethereum, BSC, Solana, and TRON. Send tokens in-chat — recipients are resolved by DNA name, not raw addresses.

Wall Posts

Publish to your personal wall. Every post is signed with your identity key — verifiable authorship without centralized moderation.

Cross-App Identity

One name across every DNA service — present and future. Your identity works as a universal namespace for the entire decentralized ecosystem.
